1. We have the simplest cancellation & refund policy, Consumer can cancel the Article / order within 3 working hours of order placed online , The money will be full refund withing 7 working days. refund will be deducting 3.5% + 18% gst of the total amount paid as payment gateway charges by razorpay.

2. Once the order is being placed online & if the article goes out of stock or less than the required quantity then we will offer other options, If the consumer can wait for stock refill or Select similar article or full refund.

If the article received is partially damage or having any kind of manufacturing defect then we request consumer to contact us within 3 working days of product delivery via email that’s info@rubyliving.in Detail us the issue with 4 to 5 clear high resolution pictures from all the visible angle which defines manufacturing defect, our quality check team will verify the issue & accordingly approve for replacement or full refund of the article asper convenience of the consumer.
